- Orders take 2-4 working days to process. The courier may take up to 7 working days to deliver. So, we advise that you please place your order at least 2 weeks in advance.
- When filling in your customization preferences, please double check before submitting that there are no errors. Once we start working on an order, you will not be able to make any changes. If you realize that you have made a mistake, kindly contact us immediately.
- Orders are sent via the Courier Guy, Paxi or Postnet to Postnet. Shipping will be calculated at check-out. Fragile items like whiskey glasses cannot be sent via Paxi, as this may lead to breakages.
