Refund policy

At Lulibo Creations, we pride ourselves in creating high-quality, personalized products. Please read our policy carefully before proceeding with your order. 

1. Personalized Items

All of our personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you and cannot be re-sold. 

• We may offer refunds or exchanges strictly under the following circumstances; 
  • Incorrect item(s) supplied (not as per your order)
  • We made an error while personalizing any of the items in your order. 

2. Incorrect Orders

• If you receive an incorrect item or you notice that we have made an error, please email us at lulibocrations1@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on 0712230754 within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please provide clear photos of the product and packaging

• Once verified, we will offer to exchange or refund. 

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

5. Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. A refund will be issued as per the refund process (refer to no. 4 above)

• Once processing has started on a customized item, cancellations will not be accepted. 

6. Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
