- We take 2-4 working days to process an order, thereafter it is handed over to the courier. If you are ordering for a specific occasion e.g. a birthday, we kindly advise that you place your order at least 10 working days in advance.
- When filling in your personalization information, double check before submitting that there are no errors. Once we start working on an order, you will not be able to make any changes. If you realize that you have made a mistake soon after placing your order, please contact us immediately.
